Vitamins on a Vegan diet

I eat a vegan diet and currently feel what I've researched as a lack of Vitamin B12. I experience minor headaches and weak knees. What is the best supplement for me to take? Should I look for other solutions? Thanks

Vegans should be particularly mindful to introduce these vitamins to their diet, since they are important to maintaining a healthy body and are not always found in abundance in animal-free diets:

· Vitamin B2 for healthy bone growth and in processing carbohydrates.

· Vitamin B12 is important in healthy cell division and blood development.

· Calcium and Vitamin D and Omega-3

Hope that helps!
